Designed by Plus Studio, Kora’s architecture draws on the beauty of its beachfront setting and hillside surrounds, with rhythmic balcony lines, a central timber spine and cascading planting creating a dynamic form that feels at once grounded and light.
Behind this striking façade, the residences have been crafted to capture natural light, broad vistas and generous connections to the outdoors. From the ground-floor Beach House with private courtyard and pool to the penthouses with secluded rooftop pool terraces, each home is individually attuned to the beach, the view and the open air.
